We aim to have all orders processed within 1 business day. Delivery time for most orders will be between 3-5 business days. Please allow time for delays due to COVID-19.

Full Price Item Returns
If you are not happy with your purchased item, you may return your item for a refund or exchange for up to 14 days after item delivery. Please email us at info@yarramie.com.au with the following information:
– Make the subject title either ‘RETURN’ or ‘EXCHANGE’ followed by your order number
– If exchanging, state what item you would like to exchange for (this allows us to put that particular item on hold for you)
We will respond with a return/exchange form that you will have to print out, complete and include with the item you are returning. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Items must be still in it’s packaging, unused and in original condition for your return to be accepted. If an item is received and it is deemed to not meet these requirements, the item will be sent back to the purchaser without any form of refund.
We recommend using a trackable postage method as Yarramie is not responsible for any returns while in transit back to us

Faulty Item
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at info@yarramie.com.au including your order number and a photo of the fault and we will be in contact as soon as possible with a resolution for you.
